Legacy in Action – The Hall–Curtis Family Black History Month Presentation

All the media, photos, and videos from the event

Hosted with support from Buckingham Town Council, this presentation celebrated three generations of the Hall–Curtis family and their lasting contribution to Buckingham’s community life.

In his talk, David Hall shared the family’s journey — from Ada Louise Curtis’s pioneering move from Jamaica to England, to Walter Hall’s service and entrepreneurship, and Michael and Deirdre Hall’s years at The New Inn, which became a true hub of local life.

The event also reflected on how these same values of courage, inclusion, and service continue today through David’s work with CloudyIT and the Cloudy Foundation.

Below you’ll find all the media from the event, including videos, photos, and reflections — featuring guest contributions from Shamon Preddy, Geoff, and a recorded message from Winston Bernard Bent in Georgia, USA.
